Disclaimer: We understand that air travel can be challenging at times. Please note that we will not charge a cancellation fee due to missed flights, delays, etc. unless your driver has already been assigned and dispatched. If your flight is delayed or diverted, or your bags are lost, your driver will continue to wait for you at the airport. But please be aware that after a 30-minute grace period, you will be charged wait time. We will try to reach you several times before completely canceling your ride. Once your grace period has ended, we will wait an additional 60 minutes, reach out to you once more, and then we will cancel the ride. You will then be responsible for the base fare and wait time fees.
