Please note our cancellation policy varies according to your chosen vehicle. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for SUVs, 7 days in advance for Sprinters, and 90 days for coaches. Thank you for your consideration.

Disclaimer: We understand that air travel can be challenging at times. Please note that we will not charge a cancellation fee due to missed flights, delays, etc. unless your driver has already been assigned and dispatched. If your flight is delayed or diverted, or your bags are lost, and we have not heard from you, your driver will continue to wait for you at the airport. But please be aware that after a 30-minute grace period, you will be charged wait time. We will try to reach you several times before completely canceling your ride. Once the 30-minute grace period has ended, we will continue to reach out to you, and cancel the ride after another 30 minutes.  You will then be responsible for the base fare and wait time fees.
